Delivery & Returns Information
One of our customer service advisers will contact you via phone or email to advise you when your goods will arrive.
Some furniture may arrive palletised, and there will be a surcharge payment of £60.00 payable by you for this, we will inform you of this when we call to accept your order. For such deliveries, please have help at hand at the delivery address as the driver may need assistance.
As the driver is not employed by Babyland, although he will deliver your goods into your home, he may not deliver orders into specified room.
Please note that we offer a furniture delivery and assembly service in some areas. This service is carried out by our own transport and by fully qualified and experienced fitters.

PLEASE NOTE we only delivery to mainland UK addresses, orders outside Mainland UK may not be accepted, or may be subject to surcharge. We would advise contacting us before placing any such order.
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement but this right ends 14 days after the date we deliver the products to you.
Any amounts you have been charged will be repaid to you by way of credit to your account within thirty days. However, we may have delivered or dispatched the products you have ordered. In this circumstance, you may return the products to us at your own expense or we can arrange for the item to be collected which will be arranged by one our advisors and will incur an uplift charge.
Goods may also be returned to our store if previously arranged.
Any products returned must be received by us in the same condition and packaging as we delivered them to you. To avoid this, we recommend that you advise us as soon as possible if you wish to exercise this right to withdraw.
